The Ocean State Senior Olympics 2008 games registration information as well as the entry forms is available on this site and can be printed out. The Rhode Island games competition began on June 7, and continues with Golf, a 5K Road Race, Softball and the Triathlon. Specific Details about the dates and times are available by clicking on the 2008 Entry Form.
The inaugural 2008 National Senior Games Championship Festival and Euflexxa Hockey Championships will be held in Rhode Island from September 4-7. The Festival is an annual multi-sport event that will be rotated between 2 host cities. Medal sports will include Billiards, Hockey, Pickleball, Team Bowling and Weight Lifting. To get sports specific information on rules and format, please check the NSGA website a www.nsga.com. Athletes must turn 50 years old by 12/31/08 to participate.
